WATCH: AUX in studio with the Cranberries for the making of their new album 'Roses'

In the fall of 2011, the Cranberries were at Metalworks studio in Mississauga putting the finishing touches on their first studio album in ten years, Roses. The band invited AUX into the studio for an afternoon to get a preview of some new music and chat about the process of coming back together after a six-year hiatus.

The band came back together when singer Dolores O’Riordan was asked to be admitted as an honourary patron of Trinity College in Dublin’s Philosophical Society in January 2009, and she invited the band to play with her. After that, they did some reunion shows, and from there, naturally moved into making a new album with longtime collaborator Stephen Street.
