Death Cab for Cutie continue their string of singles off of most recent album Codes and Keys, the latest an dark animated clip for the very Deathcab For Cutie-titled “Underneath The Sycamore.”

A clip by animation team Walter Robot, the story follows “cunning hipster private eye Mojowski,” according to Wired, as he searches for missing women.

“Their storytelling and beautiful animation has brought our song to life in ways we never expected,” Death Cab bassist Nick Harmer said in an e-mail to Wired.com. “We are very excited to share this with everyone.”
