Watch Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five perform "The Message" with Common, Lupe Fiasco and LL Cool J

Last night at the Grammy nomination show, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five were inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, and naturally there was a performance.

It’s always exciting when schools old and new come together to perform together, sort of like when Shad and k-os performed with Maestro Fresh Wes back in April, so to see different generations of hip-hop, Common, Lupe, and LL Cool J, come together the Grandfathermaster was special. Everyone looks and sounds great. Plus there’s a little Nicki MInaj cameo! We love you Nicki! Get her on stage, next time, though.
