LCD Soundsystem‘s James Murphy is going to be a star at Sundance this year: not only will he have a featured supporting role in a new a Tim Heidecker movie called The Comedy , but the film of his last LCD Soundsystem show earlier this year will screen as well.

Called Shut Up and Play the Hits—as named by Arcade Fire‘s Win Butler, apparently—it’s described by Sundance as “a documentary that follows LCD Soundsystem front man James Murphy over a crucial 48-hour period, from the day of their final gig at Madison Square Garden to the morning after, the official end of one of the best live bands in the world.” It’s part of the non-competition Spotlight category.
