On November 29, Bon Iver will release a deluxe edition of his acclaimed recent album Bon Iver, Bon Iver, but it’s not a typical re-release.

The digital-only release will featuring short films for each of the album’s ten songs. According to a press release, the deluxe edition is the “comprehensive vision for the record captured in moving picture.”

Featuring work by Dan Huiting, Isaac Gale, David Jensen, JoLynn Garnes, and Justin Vernon himself, the visual aspect of the album was a year in the making. It’s aim is to be a “visual extension of the music, [and] to enhance each listener’s experience.” You can watch the trailer for the release above.

A limited number of DVDs will also be given away when the record is purchased at [yet to be announced[ participating record stores or through the label’s mailorder starting in early December.
