Listen to a previously unreleased Elliott Smith song, "Misery Let Me Down"

In 1997 Elliott Smith went to a small college radio station for an acoustic session. Like all of the station’s in studio performances, it was recorded to miniDisc (!!). Then that miniDisc was lost.  Once though to have been lost for good, the Washington Post has uncovered one particularly important song from Smith’s recently recovered performance, mostly because it’s of a song that hasn’t been released elsewhere.
