Did Questlove break the news of Occupy Wall Street's raid?

Early Tuesday morning, the New York Police Department descended on Zuccotti Park to force Occupy Wall Street protestors out, claiming it posed a health and safety threat.
The raid came without warning, but just prior, Roots drummer Questlove tweeted an odd specatacle just near the site:
It’s likely many people witnessed and shared the same sight, but with over 1 million followers, and hundreds of re-tweets, there’s no doubt his Tweet had significant reach. And after being credited for “predicting” it, Questlove said the following:
“I didn’t predict it. I literally drove into it by accident. Drove an exit early off FDR and thought someone declared war.”
