Dan Deacon signs to Domino records, goes on tour, and plans new album for next year

Modern electro whizkid Dan Deacon simultaneously feels like he’s everywhere and that we haven’t heard from him in a while, yeah? For instance, right now: he’s not putting out a new album just yet, but he is heading out on a big world tour and has just announced that he’s signed to Domino records (Owen Pallett, Dirty Projectors, etc.) and will indeed put out an album next year. All great news!

Some of the shows will be solo and some will be with his Dan Deacon Ensemble, and you can check out all of those dates, including just one lone Canadian date in Vancouver on December 2, below.
