William Shatner’s Has Been was a surprising crossover hit in 2004 because of its mix of self-aware self-deprecation and heartfelt observations, but if the latest video off Shatner’s follow-up is any indication, we’re in for a much weirder taste this time around.

If his cover of “Iron Man” wasn’t grating enough, this video for his cover of “Bohemian Rhapsody” might be the breaking point. Accompanied by Asia’s John Wetton, the video casts Shatner as a poorly CGI’d constellation-made face who awkwardly sing talks the six-minute opus to a young couple before a bunch of talking fish and comets start flying all over the place.

So, yeah.

William Shatner’s Seeking Major Tom is out now.
