Occupy Wall Street protestors are becoming quite the reliable back-up for musicians dropping by the scene to lend support or play a few songs, as evidence in this most recent appearance by Sean Lennon and Rufus Wainwright.

The duo showed up and tore through a spirited, tongue-in-cheek version of Madonna’s “Material Girl,” and the additional instrumentation, vocals, and hand percussion added by the crowd makes it special.
