At the end of each week, #Top40Tweets lists a cross-section of artists on the current pop charts and puts their tweets on display (along with their current chart number) for your enjoyment/scrutiny. This week, we look at 6 artists on the Billboard Music Charts.

#31: Chris Brown – Look At Me Now

Nothing affirms a delinquent with a superman complex more than actually giving him the ability to fly.

FUN FACT: Chris Brown has been nominated for 5 Soul Train Awards this year, which has him in a three-way tie with Kanye West and Beyonce for the most nominations. Check the full list of nominees here.

#7: David Guetta – Without You feat. Usher

Ooh, money. Wait, those are all singles. USHER IS AT A STRIP CLUB!

FUN FACT: Usher made a guest appearance on his protege Justin Bieber’s Christmas Album. JB told his Twitter followers that they’d be able to hear it next Tuesday, so stay tuned for what is sure to be an instant classic.

(Uncharted): will.i.am – Great Times

“Take me to your leader.”

“I will, but first, come with me, I know this place…”

“Oh, really? Uhhh, I really think we should speak to the President first…”

“Trust me, it’s gorgeous, you’ll love it.”

FUN FACT: will.i.am is dropping his new single “Great Times” this evening, via his own startup “media network” DipDive.

#15: Drake – Headlines

Wow, he’s so proud of so many female celebrities.

It’s okay, he’s half Jewish.

FUN FACT: Drake handed in the final copy of his album this week, so it looks like he’s on track for the November 15th release date for Take Care.

#25: T-Pain – 5 O’Clock feat. Wiz Khalifa and Lily Allen

Ha! Could it be? T-Pain is actually kind of a funny guy? I guess you’ve gotta have a sense of humour when you have jewellery like this:

FUN FACT: The I AM T-Pain mic is currently one of Target’s most popular toys. OF COURSE IT IS, check out the commercial:
