Dan Deacon’s live sets are pretty well known for how much fun they can be, and last night’s TIFF after party atop Toronto’s Thompson Hotel proved just that when Val Kilmer got in on the fun for a little dance-off with Toronto indie-weirdos DD/MM/YYYY.

Before you watch the video we got of this all going down (below), a little context is probably required. Deacon was DJ’ing an after party for the premiere of Francis Ford Coppola’s Twixt, which premiered this past Sunday and stars Val Kilmer.

In addition to DJ’ing its after party, Deacon also provided the film’s score.
