Watch the trailer for Martin Scorsese's George Harrison documentary

On October 5 and 6, the long in-the-making George Harrison documentary Living In the Material World will be broadcast in North America on HBO, and a few days later, on October 10, it will be available for order through Amazon. For now, we’ve got the trailer for it, which you can watch above.

With Scorsese as director and Harrison’s widow, Oliva, on as producer, the film uses Harrison’s video archives to tell the story of the “most changed” Beatle’s life. It features interviews with Olivia and Dhani Harrison, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Jeff Lynne, Eric Idle, Phil Spector, and Tom Petty, along with lots of unseen footage.
