The Sun is reporting that Amy Winehouse’s wine house has been robbed, with former acquaintances allegedly leaving off with unreleased material from the singer’s planned third album.

Currently on vacation, Mitch Winehouse is reportedly “livid” at the news and vows to take care of it…when he gets back. Someone close to the family told the Sun that “[t]he family, record label and management are months away from deciding what to do with any unreleased music,” and that “Mitch is willing to give whoever has stolen the items a chance to do the right thing and put them back so it doesn’t have to get messy.”

Mitch Winehouse and Amy’s boyfriend Reg Traviss, will have to do an inventory to see exactly what’s missing…once they get back from vacation. So far only two lyric books are confirmed to have been taken with unreleased music and personal letters also expected on the list of things that’ve been burgled. A whopping 20 people have reportedly had access to the house since the singer’s death.
