Justin Timberlake might produce a MySpace "talent show"

Likely in an attempt to defend investing in a company even Tom’s distanced himself from, Justin Timberlake is considering producing a “MySpace talent contest” in the spirit of X Factor that, according to his longterm manager Johnny Wright, hopes will “bring the [music] industry back to MySpace”.
Despite it not being 2006, Timberlake is reportedly “dizzy with ideas” on how to breathe life into the Specific Media-run website, which, we can only assume will take shape by throwing the script of The Social Network at the company president and saying, “You know what’s cool? A BILLION dollars.” [via NME]
