Lovers of nice things, you’ll be happy to hear that Feist‘s upcoming album is slated for an October 4 release, and will be chalk-full of 12 new tracks that will serve to remind us why we were once tempted to don sequined jumpsuits and learn simple choreography.
Titled Metals, Pitchfork reports that the record was recorded in Toronto and Big Sur, and features the collaborative efforts of Chilly Gonzales, Mocky, and Valgeir Sigurosson. And if that’s not enough, we’ve got a visual: keeping in step with her “snippet every so often” regimen, Feist has released yet another glimpse into the future.
