It’s already been a banner year for both Montreal’s Arcade Fire and Toronto’s Fucked Up, so why not have the frontman of the latter interview the former for a documentary for national television?

Muchmusic’s The Wedge, which is hosted by Damian Abraham, has produced a three-part, half-hour special on Arcade Fire that chronicles their ascent from artsy underground collective to artsy stadium-selling collective. The interviews were done post-big-Grammy win (which the band’s frontman Win Butler says is an important part of connecting cultures) but before their Juno win, and features interviews with others that have been close to the band along the way (ie Owen Pallett).

You can watch all three parts of The Wedge Presents Arcade Fire below, courtesy of Muchmusic.
