Finally following up 2008’s widely successful Jackson Square album, Hamilton’s the Arkells have released a new single for streaming today, with on-sale date being July 5.
“Whistleblower” shows sure signs of a band that’s cut its teeth on the road the past little while; hard, fast, and loud, teeming with energy and Max Kerman’s explosive vocals. It’s the precursor to a new seven-inch in August, which itself previews a new full length from the band, out in the fall. You can listen to “Whistleblower” below.
