Because we really are at a loss for self-described “foodies,” legendary producer/jack-of-all-musical-trades Steve Albini has unleashed his tales of gourmet upon the world, launching the food blog Mariobatalivoice that details the likes of Orzo with Egg Yolk and Tomato and finding “Heather trapped under Bacon the cat.” Yep.

But expect no recipes. Upon visiting the Blogspot site, you’ll know only every detail of his cooking process minus the ingredients you should use or how much of each. This is Steve Albini’s world. And you’re just visiting. [via The Daily Swarm]
