Well, great. There’s a 15-year-old inside of us who thinks this is the greatest thing ever and just knows it will be life-changing but the, um, older than 15-year-old version of us that really exists is just so exhausted by Billy Corgan now.

The Smashing Pumpkins singer is working on his autobiography, something he has called a ‘spiritual memoir,’ and reveals in an interview with Rolling Stone that it will be released next year and will be called God Is Everywhere, from Here to There. Says Corgan:

“It’s a very interesting take inside my personal life and my band life. I’ve decided to write this on my own, which is complete insanity. I try to spend about an hour a day on the book, which is the time I would usually put towards music writing. So that means I have to find that hour, because I won’t give up that music writing time. It’s a journey, for sure.”

Only time will tell if this book will take the same journey as his poetry book did, straight to the $2 discount bin.
