Janelle Monae, Cypress Hill, more added to Osheaga lineup

This year’s Osheaga Festival just got a major boost as Janelle Monae, Cypress Hill, Broken Social Scene, soul-revivalist Charles Bradley, singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur and Baths have all been added to the lineup.
The three-day event takes place July 29 – 31 at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal and already features a stellar list of artists including Eminem, The Flaming Lips, Elvis Costello, Death From Above 1979, The Tragically Hip, Kid Cudi, Death Cab for Cutie, Bright Eyes, Crystal Castles, The Pains of Being Pure At Heart, City & Colour, Fucked Up, Smith Westerns and many others.
Two-day classic passes and single day tickets will go on sale this Thursday (April 21) at noon while three-day passes are currently available. Visit the festival’s official website for all details.
