Foo Fighters playing garage shows across North America

To support their new record Wasting Light, an album put to analog tape in Dave Grohl’s garage, Foo Fighters will be touring North America next month for gigs in local garages. The band has selected eight cities, including Toronto, and has set up a contest for fans to have the chance to have them play in their garage.

“Fans who want a shot at making their garage one of these eight intimate venues can either enter the contest directly by explaining, in 25 words or less, why they (and 50 of their friends) deserve to win and then sending in a picture of their garage,” a press release said.
