Arcade Fire are currently holed up in Los Angeles for their Grammy Awards performance on Sunday. In the meantime, they stopped by radio station KROQ to perform two acoustic versions of tracks off of The Suburbs. The band pretty much sounds like they would had their instruments been plugged in, but nevertheless deliver terrific takes of both songs. Watch the acoustic versions of “Month of May” and “Ready To Start” below.

The band is nominated for three Grammy Awards for Album of the Year, Best Alternative Music Album and Best Rock Performance by a duo or group. The 53rd annual award ceremony airs this Sunday at 8pm EST on CBS.
