Austra announce debut album, Feel it Break

Austra, one of Canada’s latest buzz bands, has announced the release of their debut album, Feel it Break, on May 16/17 via Paper Bag Records in Canada and Domino Records in the U.S. and Europe.

The trio – Katie Stelmanis, Maya Postepski and Dorian Wolf – have created a dark, epic sound that mixes a few different genres into a swirl of haunting yet gorgeous textures. The album was mixed by Damian Taylor (Bjork, The Prodigy, UNKLE).
