And because drama never sleeps, Paramore have finally commented on the infamous Farro blog, detailing the brothers’ alleged forced removal from the band through what the two described as a slow ousting process.

In an interview with MTV News, the band admit that the debacle has been a “drag”, but frontwoman Hayley Williams has assured fans that they’re “OK” and that the trio have no plans to “go anywhere”.

Delving into the world of he said/she said, Williams admitted that she felt “led on” by the brothers Farro, since the band had allegedly been told the two were merely unhappy:

“But then when it really became about all these other things, I was very surprised and kind of felt led on. We’ve been doing this for six, seven years now. I don’t think any of this has been in vain, for any of us… and I don’t think anyone should discredit it.”

But rest assured, Paramore fans, the duo of Josh and Zac have been replaced by Josh Freese and Justin York who plan to join the current three-piece on their upcoming South American tour. Let’s just be happy this hasn’t taken the route of Twitter rants or “meet me by the flagpole” confrontations. (Though the year is young.) [via NME]
