A new documentary about Canadian singer/songwriter Leslie Feist is set to come out called Look at What the Light Did Now. It follows Feist during the making her 2007 Grammy-nominated third studio album The Reminder.

Directed by Anthony Seck, “the film follows Feist and her supporting cast through an impressionistic array of flickering scenery, echoing stadiums, puppet workshops, the red carpet, a crumbling French mansion, definitive concert performances and uncommonly candid interviews.”

The only scheduled Canadian screening of Look at What the Light Did Now thus far will be on Wednesday, September 29 at The Ukrainian Federation in Montreal as part of the upcoming Pop Montreal Festival. Watch the trailer for the documentary at Feist’s official website.
