Watch Janelle Monae perform "Tightrope" on Carson Daly

Last Night Janelle Monae’s performance of “Tightrope” at the Viper Room in Los Angeles was shown on Last Call with Carson Daly. The track is off the singer’s debut LP The ArchAndroid and before the performance we get a quick one on one with Monae who discusses some early parts of her career and what led her to create the music she does. Like her dazzling performance on Toronto Island opening for Arcade Fire back in August, her first Canadian concert ever, the singer delivers again with this take inside a cozier more intimate venue.
