The story goes that Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears decided in a flash to take off for Berlin and not only leave his band behind, but also abandon an album worth of newly recorded material. In Berlin, Shears discovered a nightlife that would inspire new material and eventually become Night Work, arguably the most definitive Scissor Sisters record yet. Berlin is also where Shears came upon the idea of inviting longtime friend and electro pioneer Stuart Price to join the Sisters as a producer. Watch our interview with Jake Shears and Del Marquis below.
