Watch Grinderman's "Heathen Child" music video

Nick Cave and co.’s latest video for “Heathen Child,” off the band’s forthcoming album entitled Grinderman 2 will be the wildest thing you see today I assure you. It’s probably going to be offensive or disturbing to some and I believe that’s exactly what director John Hillcoat, a frequent collaborator with Cave, intended. Half way through the viewer forgets to pay attention to the track because the images are so appalling and it takes a lyric from Cave to be acted out to remember what it is you’re spending this five minutes of your life doing. The wolf on the cover of Grinderman 2, which is set for release on September 13 makes an appearance among a vast array of characters from both this century and past.
