Broken Social Scene “Forced To Love” AUX TV Premiere

Two weeks ago Broken Social Scene debuted a politically charged fan made mashup video for the instrumental Meet Me In The Basement. Now they’ve premiered the first official video for Forced To Love off the Polaris shortlisted Forgiveness Rock Record.

It’s not easy to fit every member of BSS in a video, so going 3D seems like the logical choice. A floating box in an anonymous gallery explodes to reveal the band, later shaking the room to the ground. You can go behind the scenes of the video in a special with Broken Social Scene airing soon only on AUX . The video uses an experimental scanning technology that rebuilds each band member in 3D to produce the effect you see in the video. Watch new video below.
