Broken Social Scene release G20 video for "Meet Me in the Basement"

Inspired by the recent G20 in their hometown of Toronto, Broken Social Scene have released a new video for the track “Meet Me in the Basement” off their latest album Forgiveness Rock Record. The fast paced instrumental track is paired with images captured during the protests and riots in Toronto, along with popular culture footage of Tom Cruise as Maverick, Cole Trickle and Ethan Hunt – with an occasional Justin Bieber clip.
