Aerosmith Announce North American Tour, Toronto Date

Celebrating their 40th anniversary, Aerosmith have announced the North American dates for their upcoming ‘COCKED, LOCKED, READY TO ROCK’ Tour. Starting July 23 in Oakland, the 19 city tour will take the band all across the country as well as north for one Canadian date in Toronto. They’ll play at the Air Canada Centre on August 17.

“I thought it was time to get my MOJO back, by rockin South America and Europe with a little HOME RUN at Boston’s Fenway Park thrown in and then off to the rest of America to do what we do best,” lead singer Steven Tyler said. “We’re gonna rock you into the middle of next week!”

The band’s last studio album entitled Honkin’ on Bobo consisted mostly of covers and was released in 2004. Their long history has included countless awards including 4 Grammy’s, 8 American Music Awards, 6 Billboard Awards and over 150 million albums sold.
