Watch Mos Def On Jools Holland

Recently Mos Def was featured with the Gorillaz for the track “Stylo” on Later…with Jools Holland and to accompany that performance, the MC delivered a solo version of “Quiet Dog Bite Hard” from the album The Ecstatic. In the video we see Mos Def flexing his percussion skills while keeping the flow of lyrics in tact.

The Ecstatic is the MC/actor’s fourth studio album and was released in June of last year. Upon its release the album did quite well debuting at number 9 on the Billboard 200 chart and received a Grammy nod for Best Rap Album.
