Track Of The Week: La Strada - My New Home

Just released this week is Brooklyn six-piece La Strada‘s debut full length record (called New Home).  Produced by Kyle “Slick” Johnson (Cymbals Eat Guitars, Rogue Wave),  New Home follows up the bands acclaimed self-titled EP, ‘injecting their old world/new world sound with the passion, energy and fun of their heralded live shows’. Kicking off with an East Coast Record Release Tour (dates below), I’ve heard the band will have a video next week for the album single ‘Wash On By’, but let me at least tip you to something you can love right now.  The first single is called My New Home (aptly titled) and starts a little bit like Born Ruffians, building into something perfect for Hey Rosetta! and Harlem Shakes fans.  Grab the album at Ernest Jenning Record Co.
