Broken Social Scene Perform "Forced to Love" on Letterman

This past week we got a chance to hear Broken Social Scene’s latest album Forgiveness Rock Record as well as hear news of the bonus EP Low-Fi For The Dividing Nights that comes with the disc when purchasing it at HMV in Canada, whoopee. The last track off Forgivness Rock Record was a softer number called “Me and My Hand” that was originally recorded for the EP, a collection of similar sounding songs we almost wish there were more of on the LP.

Last night the band performed neither that song or any other song off Low-Fi For The Dividing Nights and opted to go with “Forced to Love,” a song they released earlier in anticipation of the album’s release on May 4. The upbeat performance sounds exactly like the recorded version.
