Basia Bulat mixes folk rhythms with pop melodies to make an elegant sound that is both touching and upbeat. In 2008, Oh My Darling, Bulat’s first full-length album was put on the short list for the Polaris Music Prize. Her second full-length album is planned for release on January 26, 2010.
