SXSW has announced a first round of acts for 2010 festival, taking place March 12-21. Canadian artists thus far include: We Are Wolves, Timber Timbre, Plants and Animals, Julie Peel, Parlovr, Eternia, Apostle of Hustle and The Pack A.D.
