Erol Alkan & Boys Noize WAVES Gonzales Piano Remake

The most popular song on the blogs this week according to The Hype Machine is a piano remake of the Arol Alkan and Boys Noize track WAVES by Gonzales. Boys Noize officially released the digital track of the WAVES remake on November 23’rd although unofficial videos had been finding their way onto YouTube in the past months.  There are 500 copies of the vinyl available worldwide, which could explain why the Rough Trade site is having some issues at the moment.  This is of course not an entirely surprising new project as Boys Noize had previously remixed the Gonzales track Working Together and Feist’s massively successful My Moon My Man, produced by Gonzales.
