This morning's new music news; Best Coast have revealed the album artwork for their forthcoming disc, Gonzales is set to release a new music/film project and the schedule for this year's Lollapalooza Festival has been released.
Best Coast have revealed the cover for their upcoming album Crazy For You, due out July 27. The disc features 12 new songs as well as the track “When I’m With You” as a bonus song. The band will be playing this year’s NXNE Festival. [Pitchfork]
Canadian pianist Gonzales has announced the release of a new music/film project called Ivory Tower. The album is set to be released in the UK on August 23 while the film, based on two chess players falling for the same girl, will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. And the Lollapalooza Festival has released its 2010 schedule. Performers over the three-day festival include Soundgarden, The Strokes, Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga, The Black Keys, The New Pornographers, Phoenix, Green Day and MGMT among others. Choose wisely. [Lollapalooza]
