Trump has had a hard time getting artists to play his big party, so he's resorted to Plan B: Cover bands, Just Blaze's cousin and a Brian Wilson-less Beach Boys.

The official entertainment line-up for Trump’s presidential inauguration and the associated ball has been announced, and it’s…pretty laughable, as you would expect, with one possible high-profile exception.

As per the event’s website, the All-American Ball will feature “NINE fantastic acts with FOUR dance floors.” Hm, maybe they should think about re-branding the event, as it turns out not quite all of America is on board.

So just who is confirmed to be among the fantastic NINE? Well, they’ve got an 80’s cover band called The Reagan Years, “the Mid-Atlantic’s hottest party band” The Mixx, hip-hop mega-producer Just Blaze…’s cousin, DJ Young Rye, and Nashville singer/songwriter Beau Davidson, who’s possibly the last artist in the world to actively maintain a ReverbNation profile.

Many high-profile artists have already refused the Trump’s camp to play the gala, but one legendary act might still be on perform – a Brian Wilson-less Beach Boys. The surf rock icons are currently led by founding member Mike Love, who said back in January that “if we were asked [to play Trump’s inauguration], I’m sure that we would”. So far, though, the Beach Boys have made no announcement regarding the inaugural gig, but they did play a Mitt Romney event back in 2008, so the standard’s been set.

The inauguration itself will be soundtracked by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, so you know things are gonna get crazy. The choir has previously performed at the inauguration of George H.W. Bush, Richard Nixon and Lyndon Johnson. They also sang at a parade for George W. Bush. Now that’s what you call cornering the market on a demographic!

The ball is open to the public, with tickets currently costing a special marked-down $250 USD per person, so act now! You might never get the chance to see The Reagan Years live again!
