If we’re to believe Dave Lombardo, being a member of Slayer isn’t lucrative. That might explain the thrash band’s inventive (and often terrible) merch concepts, including their X-Games ready Arnette sunglasses, a not-ironic Christmas sweater surely approved by the devout Tom Araya, and now, their very own Scion Mobile Amp tC. Now, “Thrash Metal’s Big Four” and “sports coupe” might not seem like natural partners, but thanks to Slayer, you can roll up to your daughter’s soccer practise in the most metal vehicle ever made. Debuted at the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association a few weeks back, there’s plenty of Slayerrific touches on the car—including amp-themed everything. Check a gallery of the car’s bizzarro features above, and click here for a walkaround of the car.
