Luckily, he was okay.

Things to keep in mind when you’re performing at a giant arena for 20,000 fans: set list, breath control, and not falling into that giant gaping hole in the middle of the floor. Well, two out of three isn’t bad, so Travis Scott shouldn’t feel too upset.

Scott was a performing as a special guest at Drake’s show at London’s o2 arena, and fell into the hole during his performance of his song “Goosebumps.” Travis wasn’t hurt, but the same can’t be said of the stage show: the hole was supposed to eventually produce a giant globe, but Scott’s fall damaged it sufficiently that it couldn’t be raised up as planned.

Here’s how that should’ve looked:

Hm, pretty cool representation of Aubrey’s ego. Anyway, Drake apparently felt the globe was so integral to the show that he offered to refund fans after the incident, saying that he was performing “for free tonight” and that he hoped the crowd “enjoyed their free show.” Of course, fans had already bought their tickets and there’s since been no words from Drake’s camp if refunds are actually forthcoming, but word to the wise: if you wanna get a free show out of Aubrey, just fall down every hole you see, and eventually you’ll damage the right prop.
