Here are the Prism Prize's favourite Canadian music videos of the last year.

Now recognized as the world’s largest cash prize recognizing artistry in music videos, Canada’s Prism Prize has announced the top 20 nominees for its 2017 instalment. With a grand prize of $15,000, the Prize seeks to promote and support Canadian creative talent within the film and music industries. “The Prism Prize shines the light on talented artists both behind the camera and the microphone in addition to celebrating some of Canada’s most relevant musicians and directors,” explained Derrick Ross, President of the Prize’s lead sponsor Slaight Music. The organizers recently released a trailer announcing this year’s Top 20, but you can check out the videos in all their glory below.
