Drake and Taylor Swift are collaborating on new music

Fans of pop music and/or velvet blazers, rejoice:

Yep, straight from Aubrey’s official Instagram, that’s a pic of Drake and Taylor Swift in the studio together. Judging by Drake’s sartorial choice, it’s serious music-making time, and according to E! News, the tracks they’re working on are “different” and “catchy.” Prediction: when and if their music sees the light of day, it will indeed by catchy but will not be different.

This isn’t Taylor’s first rodeo with Drake’s music, as she rapped along to “Jumpman” in an Apple ad from last year. Taylor was also spotted at Aubrey’s 30th birthday party last month, spurring speculation that the two were dating. Well, don’t give up hope Trakers, maybe they’ll fall in into each others’ arms through the magic of making music, like the star-crossed lovers in that twee movie from 2007…you know, Sweeney Todd.
