Unfortunately for Wu-Tang fans, the FBI didn't grab the album when they raided his house.

Pharmaceutical industry bad boy and societal steam valve Martin Shkreli was arrested yesterday morning on fraud charges. This triggered the usual firestorm of celebratory articles, Tweets, and Facebook statuses, none of which wonder why a 32-year-old manchild who splurges on status symbols was able to make it to CEO so young, as if this personality type was lab-created to become hyper-successful.

Prior to his arrest Shkreli spent Wednesday night, as he often does, livestreaming from what looks like a freshman’s dorm room for three hours. He browsed online dating sites, played guitar, and, as every livestreamer does, showed off the $2 million dollar one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album he purchased last week. Clearly, Shkreli’s (allegedly) fraudulently-obtained millions have enriched his life immeasurably.

Unfortunately, when Shkreli was arrested, Once Upon A Time In Shaolin wasn’t seized by the FBI, as their official Twitter makes clear:

Of course, Shkreli was immediately bailed out on a $5 million dollar bond yesterday, in case you were wondering. His next scheduled court appearance is January 20th.
