The show's a bit like America's Got Talent meets Celebrities Need Better Agents.

Good ol’ summer TV. You are a reliable fountain of ridiculous programming.

In case you’ve missed it (spoiler: you have), NBC’s been running a goofy celebrity-based TV show on Tuesdays where stars of varying quality tackle different talent-themed challenges that take them out of their comfort zone. We’re talking magic tricks, double dutch and the like. If you’ve ever wanted to see Nicole out of Pussycat Dolls shoot a crossbow, I Can Do That can scratch your perversely specific itch.

Last night, “Goodies” hitmaker Ciara and charming lunk Alan Ritchson paired up to perform a martial arts routine and break some innocent looking boards. It was every bit as fascinatingly silly as it sounds.

This season has also provided the world with Nicole Scherzinger and Last Comic Standing alum Jeff Dye showcasing a crossbow routine.

And Joe Jonas and Alan angling to outdo Tobias Fünke in the Blue Man Group department.

I Can Do That is a show that has no business existing, yet does anyway. Admirable! Should you consider actually watching it? Not on your life!

Speaking of summer TV nonsense, it is imperative that we never forget the cyclone of batshit crazy that was Sing Your Face Off. IT WAS A GIFT FROM THE WEIRDEST POCKET OF HEAVEN! LOVITZ IDOL FOREVER!
