Who singer Roger Daltrey threatened to walk off the stage at the band’s 50th anniversary tour stop at Nassau Coliseum in New York last night. The singer has an allergy to marijuana smoke, and with someone partaking very near the stage (and likely in literally every corner of the room), Daltrey’s voice started failing him.

Within a few songs, during “I Can See for Miles,” Daltrey stopped and apologized to the crowd, telling them, “My voice is shutting down.”

The crowd seemingly took it to heart, as he recovered and finished the set. Apparently, the band laid out the rules on a projected slideshow before the set for everyone to see. Very rock and roll.
