Hey girl, a 12-year-old Ryan Gosling can dance way better than you can

Before Ryan Gosling was the star of The Notebook (or, perhaps more importantly, zillions of “Hey Girl” memes), Canadians knew him as the dorky star of Breaker High, a teen sitcom about attending high school on the, er, high seas. Before that, even, he was a Mouseketeer. And even before he was touched by the gnarled hand of Walt Disney, he danced. And danced! And… danced!

Over the weekend, two videos emerged, showing the Goz strutting his stuff at the tender age of 12. Shot in 1992 and released by Jane Chupick, three recital vids were leaked of the actor absolutely cutting a rug in Hammer pants, which were surely very fashionable at the time.
