We love the Internet’s hive mind as much as anyone, but we’ll admit: There are problems with crowdsourcing. Namely, the crowd. See, user-generated content, for the most part, has helped democratize media, allowing a plethora of voices into the conversation. The only problem? Some of those voices are stupid. And many of the collect on wikiHow, a website that provides simple how-tos on everything from how to use baseball idioms to how to create tealight holders from apples. We don’t get it, either.
Accordingly, wikiHow has plenty of music articles. Some are informative; most, to be quite blunt, aren’t. Here are some of the most hilariously useless wikiHow’s we’ve ever seen.
