Stream Violent Soho's new album, "Hungry Ghost"

Brisbane’s Violent Soho self-describe as four dudes who’ve spend their time “gettin’ a sweat on stage” and “stage diving,” but the latest addition to the ever-expanding Dine Alone roster is selling themselves short of what’s making them connect with fans far beyond the Australian scene.

From the opening moments of “Dope Calypso,” Hungry Ghost, the band’s third album which we’re stoked to be streaming below, the Aussie four-piece crushes along a wash of influences ranging from the 90s Seattle scene to the back-and-forth of the midwestern emo boom, but through it all their unique, at times anxious energy shines through.

Hungry Ghost hits Canadian shelves next Tuesday, September 30th through Dine Alone Records.
